I do that by developing leadership learning programs at the frontline of Corporate Social Responsibility, and maturing that into a Shared Value culture across the business.
 

I am a master facilitator and coach working at the intersection of neuroscience, emotional intelligence and learning design; the place where behaviour changes. For an organisation to mature to full Shared Value requires organisational development. That’s where I come in.
